Ruth Baderian. 1927-2010
Ruth Baderian celebrated nature in all its moods and seasons in all mediums (drawing, pastel, watercolor, and oil). Her career blossomed in commercial art, as well as her interest in fine art when she was awarded a scholarship to the Art Students League
in New York. Her indoor and outdoor gardening avocation was a continuing source of inspiration and provided unending subject matter with multitudes of shapes, colors and textures. She won top awards in the mediums of watercolor and oil. Her exhibits and awards were from renowned organizations that included the Salmagundi Club, American Watercolor Society, American Artists Professional League and Long Island University.
